{mr. + mrs. westrich – a powder ridge winter recreation area wedding in central mn}

This quaint lakeside wedding made my photographer heart so happy. I may be a little biased because my husband and I also got married with a small ceremony at our family’s lake place similar to Annicka and Dunkin, but really- everything was so well thought out and so organically beautiful. Even more importantly, Annicka and Dunkin, and their families, are the nicest people around. I loved the soft muted greens, the simple greenery, and the intimacy of their entire day. Annicka and Dunkin chose not to do a first look prior to their ceremony which was a private ceremony at Dunkin’s family lake home, followed by a stunning reception at Powder Ridge SKi Resort. Note for the future: I will always say YES, PLEASE to backyard weddings and ski resort receptions with those views! (See what I mean below!)
